About Our Studio
Example Wellness Studio was founded with a simple mission: to make yoga and mindfulness accessible to everyone. Our studio is a warm, inclusive space where beginners and advanced practitioners alike can deepen their practice. Led by founder and certified yoga therapist Ava Lindström, our team of experienced instructors blends traditional yoga philosophy with modern movement science. We offer heated and non-heated classes, meditation workshops, and teacher training programs in our purpose-built, naturally lit studio.
Our Classes
Find balance through mindful movement
Vinyasa Flow
Dynamic, breath-linked movement building strength, flexibility, and focus. All levels welcome with modifications offered.
Yin Yoga
Slow, meditative practice targeting deep connective tissues. Long-held floor poses for flexibility and relaxation.
Hot Yoga
Challenging sequence practiced in a heated room (38C). Builds strength, detoxifies, and increases flexibility.
Meditation & Breathwork
Guided meditation and pranayama breathing techniques for stress relief, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
Private Yoga Session
One-on-one session tailored to your goals — injury recovery, flexibility, stress management, or deepening your practice.
Weekend Wellness Workshop
Half-day workshops exploring specific themes — inversions, arm balances, yoga philosophy, or sound healing.

E-RYT 500 with 15 years teaching experience. Certified yoga therapist specialising in stress, anxiety, and chronic pain management. Trained in India and Bali.
Kai Nakamura
Senior Vinyasa Instructor
RYT 500 with a background in dance and martial arts. Known for creative, challenging sequences and uplifting energy.
Sophia Torres
Meditation & Yin Teacher
Certified meditation teacher and Yin yoga instructor. 8 years guiding students toward inner stillness and self-awareness.
