Our Story

What started as a pop-up kitchen in 2018 has grown into one of the most beloved dining spots in the neighbourhood. Chef Marcus trained at Le Cordon Bleu and spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens before founding Example Restaurant. Our philosophy is simple: source the best ingredients, respect the seasons, and let the food speak for itself. Every dish on our menu is made from scratch, daily.
