About Example Bakery

Example Bakery was born from a love of honest, handcrafted baking. Head baker and founder Clara Dubois trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris before bringing her passion for artisan baking to our neighbourhood. Every loaf, croissant, and cake is made from scratch using premium ingredients — real butter, organic flour, and seasonal fruits. We bake in small batches to ensure freshness, and our display changes daily with new creations. Custom cakes are our specialty, designed and decorated for weddings, birthdays, and every celebration in between.
